A successful, efficient project considers the client's needs, well-being, and budget. Every client has specific goals , expectation and a budget to built his dream house or to Setup Office, or Factories or warehouse or Showrooms etc. As an initial step, Jayavel foundation team involves in understanding the client’s requirement through a detailed discussion, then Quantifying and qualifying the project will involve the discussion about the expected budget, timelines, the characteristics of the site and other planning regulation of the area under consideration.

 

A careful note on his/her objectives and the expectations will be taken by our team. Based on that, we involve our clients with our internal Architect team to guide them by proposing reasonable, sustainable design solutions, and provide accurate, detailed drawings. These must meet the Client's requirements as well as applicable building codes and zoning criteria.
 

The relationship between Client / Architect / Contractor or Builder is like a three-legged stool and all three has to work together to have open dialogue which helps to troubleshoot as a team in order to respond to unforeseen issues or client-initiated changes. Limiting or eliminating any of these components will leave the client with a compromised solution. Finally, we will provide the design and estimation to our clients. Upon their concurrence we will sign up the letter of indent to start-up the project
